A 9 mile route with some rollers and false flat over the first 5 miles. Finished the Cat 4 race in 21:10 came back 20 minutes later and covered the course in the exact same time in the Masters race. Avg speed 25.6. Overall that placed me 23rd and 24th among 150+ male competitors. I was pleased with my time and avg, but less than excited about overall placing. On the plus side finishing with identical times shows good endurance since I am typically 15-30 sec slower on my second trip. Back to the training table for more interval work!!
